The Department of English draws students from across the world to participate in its degree programmes, whether for part or all of their undergraduate life. In particular, Queen Mary’s Study Abroad programme [new window] enables you to visit and take courses in the Department for one or more semesters; and we welcome applications for full-time study from people of all nationalities and backgrounds. If you are planning to come from overseas to read English here, we will do all that we can to ensure that you settle quickly and comfortably into the Department’s lively and cosmopolitan environment.
