other Lands for the satisfyinge of the defendant And this deponent knoweth wheather any assurance was tendered | that tyme but (as his deponent taketh it) there was some other provision intended to be made in lieu of the Ioynture | of the said Sara wch as this deponent taketh it will appeare by the Articles made since the said decree to wch this | deponent referreth himselfe.
